Refund Policy

At R.T'Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality services tailored to our clients’ needs. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Please review our refund policy below:

1: NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
 

Refunds will not be possible for requests based on a change of mind or if the client decides to proceed with another service provider. Any refund request made more than 24 hours after purchase will not be eligible.

Payments made for third-party services, including but not limited to Google Ads, social media ads, domain registration, and hosting fees, are non-refundable.


2: FULL REFUND ELIGIBILITY

A 100% refund will be issued if Rock Tech Solution is unable to provide the agreed-upon services as outlined in the initial agreement. The refund process will be initiated once the inability to deliver services is confirmed.


3: PARTIAL REFUND POLICY

If a client is dissatisfied with the services provided, we will assess the work completed and may issue a partial refund based on the progress made. The refund amount will be determined fairly, considering the time, effort, and resources already invested in the project. 4: REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, you may choose one of the following methods:

 

1.  Via Assigned Agent

You can contact your assigned agent to request a refund. Our team will review your request, and if eligible, the refund will be processed within 48 hours.

2.  Via Email

Alternatively, you can send a refund request to info@rocktechsolutionllc.com.

Please ensure the following:

 

•  Use your registered email address

•  Include the reason for refund, transaction ID, and requested amount

5: PROACTIVE DISPUTE PREVENTION
To minimize chargebacks and prevent misunderstandings, we consistently implement the following measures.

  1. Our support team remains available 7 days a week for pre-sale and post-sale queries.

  2. We maintain a client ticket system for timely tracking of concerns and resolutions.

  3. Customers are reminded before renewals or expirations to ensure uninterrupted service.

6: DISPUTE RESPONSE PROCEDURE
In the rare event of a formal chargeback or dispute:

  • We submit documentation including signed agreements, provisioning logs, client emails, and access

  • confirmations.

  • We respond directly to the payment processor with full evidence within the required timeframe.

  • We also attempt to reach the client for direct resolution, avoiding escalation where possible.

 

7: BOOKING POLICY

  1. Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email or message from our team. If payment is not received within the specified time frame, the booking may be canceled automatically.

  2. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, crypto, and other supported platforms. All transactions are processed securely.

  3. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are only issued in cases of non-delivery or technical failure directly attributable to our systems. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of booking and are subject to review.

  4. Bookings cannot be modified once confirmed. However, in exceptional cases, our support team may assist with upgrades or changes based on availability and service compatibility.

  5. In case of any dispute regarding service delivery, billing, or access, clients are encouraged to contact our support team immediately. We aim to resolve all issues transparently and fairly, with documented evidence and timely communication.

  6. All booked services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Activities such as illegal hosting, unauthorized mining, or abusive behavior may result in immediate suspension without refund.

  7. Our agents are available 24/7 to guide you through the booking process, answer questions, and ensure you receive the service best suited to your needs
